Abstract

OBJETIVO

Exponer la experiencia del proyecto de investigación Küme Monguen Pewenche realizado en la APS rural, indígena y de escasos recursos, determinando la prevalencia y asociación de enfermedades cardiovasculares en Alto Biobio.

MATERIAL Y MÉTODO

Identifica oportunidades y limitaciones que permitan orientar la implementación de programas de fortalecimiento de la investigación en los centros de salud primarios urbanos y rurales, no para realizar investigación “en” APS. , si no "desde" y "para" la APS.

RESULTADOS

Alto compromiso de los profesionales de la salud.

CONCLUSIONES

El compromiso y curiosidad de los profesionales de la salud, representan un insumo esencial para investigar en APS. (Horiz Med 2014; 14(3): 19-23)
